I've designed this contemporary candle for customers who love the contemporary look.

Our Cranberry & Black Pomegranate scented soy candles captures the aroma of fresh Cranberries perfectly, with an undertone of Black Pomegranate.

Our fruity scented candles hold 150 grams of wax and will burn for up to 40 hours.

This stunning candle comes in frosted glass or black glass in the option menu, which will complement all home decor trends.

This candle come unboxed to save on access waste but does come wrapped in our branded vellum paper.

All our candles are made of 100% Ecosoya wax with fragrance oil.

Ecosoya wax is 100% natural soybean with no additives unlike some other soy waxes on the market to date.

My order hasn't turned up? what shall i do?

(Please bear in mind that christmas delivery times are extended due to the volume of parcels royal mail handles over this period)
This sometimes happens but very rarely in my experience.
The first thing to do is contact your local sorting office to see if the postman has tried to deliver but failed. ( please allow 7 days before approaching them but they will hold parcels for 30 days at the sorting office for you)
They don't always leave a red card unfortunately which is very naughty of them.
I would also ask neighbours and anyone else you live with if they have taken delivery for you.

My Wooden wick won't relight, why?

Please make sure you relight your wooden wick closest to the wax and not to the top of the burnt wick and always remember to break off the burnt wick from the last burn.

You also need to burn your candle to the edge of the container it's made in, to stop your candle from flooding the wick in the future.

If you burn your candle for a short period of time you will have layers/ ridges to the edge of your candle, which will need removing before relighting to stop the wick from flooding itself with the excess wax left from the last burn.

Would this happen to a cotton wick?

Yes, it would, although with a cotton wick you would have a tunnelling effect (where the wax is only melting the middle of the candle) and it would end up flooding unless you removed excess wax from the edge. All candles should be burnt to the edge of the container they are made in to stop this from happening. Following our guidelines will give you a perfect burning candle every time.

What do you use my personal information for? ( GDPR compliant)

We only use your personal information to contact you with regards to your order and for shipping purposes.
We do not store or keep copies of any personal information for our accounts, as this is easily accessed through Etsy if needed for legal reasons.
